Our Partners
We work alongside local civil society organisations (CSOs) and community-based partners to strengthen climate resilience, community safety, and locally led evidence-building. Our partners bring deep contextual knowledge, trusted community relationships, and an understanding of the challenges faced by workers and communities. Their work spans domestic work, garment work, informal employment, plantation communities, and other areas where climate impacts intersect with livelihoods, rights, and safety.
Through these partnerships, we support Community Safety & Evidence Leaders (CSELs) to build digital capabilities, generate hyperlocal data, and use evidence to inform advocacy, programme design, and climate adaptation.
By placing communities at the centre of climate intelligence, we aim to ensure that local knowledge and lived experiences shape how risks are understood and how responses are designed.

Tamil Nadu Domestic Workers Welfare Trust (TNDWWT)
Domestic Workers · Climate Impacts · Climate Migration
Documenting how extreme heat, unpredictable rainfall, drought, and flash floods are affecting domestic workers and livelihoods in predominantly agrarian communities. As climate disruptions increase, people are increasingly migrating to other districts or overseas for work, creating new vulnerabilities to exploitation. The partnership also examines impacts on children and builds community-generated evidence for safer, climate-resilient responses.

Working with informal workers to document and address the impacts of extreme heat on their livelihoods, working conditions, and safety. The partnership also explores the links between climate impacts and migration, strengthening community-led evidence to inform locally grounded responses and support climate resilience.
